Filter Press

Filter Press is widely used in industrial filtration applications for dewatering sludge and separating solids from liquids efficiently.

A hydraulic filter press uses a hydraulic system to apply controlled pressure to slurry or suspension containing solids and liquids. The slurry is distributed across a series of filter plates separated by filter cloths.

Under hydraulic pressure, liquid passes through the filter cloth while the solids are retained on the filter plates, producing clear filtrate and a dewatered filter cake.
